Scott D. Stull, Ph.D., of the anthropology department, will present an illustrated talk on Ithaca's early industry, with a focus on Fall Creek.

Have you ever wondered about the large iron pipe in the old stone wall below Ithaca Falls? Now is your chance to learn what it is.

Come to the New York State Archaeological Association's Finger Lakes chapter December meeting on Tuesday, December 2, at 7:30 p.m. in the Center for Natural Sciences room 208. Scott D. Stull, a lecturer at Ithaca College and visiting scholar at Cornell University, will give an illustrated presentation on Ithaca's early industry. The industries at Fall Creek will be the focus of the talk, but other locations will be discussed as well.

The talk is free and open to the public.
