Legal Environment of Business I (GBUS 20300) covers the judicial process; constitutional law and issues of discrimination and diversity; criminal law; intentional torts and negligence; product liability; the law of contracts; and selected current topics in law. Emphasis is placed on case analysis of social, ethical, political, and economic considerations as well as applied legal concepts to solve problems. (3 credits)
