The Ithaca College Chamber Orchestra, under Jeffery Meyer's direction, will present a free concert on Tuesday, December 9, at 8:15 p.m. in Ford Hall. The program ranges from Mozart's Symphony No. 31 and Richard Wagner's "Siegfried Idyll" to the "Triple Quartet" by Steve Reich and a work composed in 2008 by David del Puerto, "Cap de Quers."

The Ithaca College Chamber Orchestra, comprised of 30 to 40 of the School of Music's top string, wind, and percussion players, is dedicated to performing string and chamber orchestra repertoire from the baroque through the twentieth century, as well as contemporary works of our time. All members are chosen through audition in the fall of each academic year.
