Are you aware that the med room of the Hammond Health Center sells a wide variety of nonprescription (over-the-counter) medications? You don't need to go downtown or to the mall to purchase these items.

Some of the items available include acetaminophen (Tylenol), ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Aleve), throat lozenges, cough syrup, vitamin C, eye drops, antibiotic ointment, condoms (6 for $1!), pregnancy tests, hot/cold packs and thermometers.

We also sell various OTC medications for treatment of diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, allergic reactions, warts, athlete's foot, and vaginal yeast infections.

Not sure what you need? Just ask us! OTC meds can be purchased anytime that the Health Center is open.
