Robert Danberg has joined the Office of Academic Enrichment Services as coordinator of peer tutoring and academic success.
He comes highly recommended from Syracuse University and Cornell as a writing instructor and professional tutor. He has been instrumental in supporting the writing center at Syracuse and in revitalizing support services on that campus.
Robert is excited about the prospect of getting the AES Peer Tutoring Program certified. He will work with the AES director to develop a comprehensive peer tutoring program. Together, they will consult with other successful programs and work with IC faculty to establish the specific needs related to academic support services at IC.
Robert is a former AES academic consultant and writing instructor for the Academic Enrichment Services/Office of Multicultural Affairs's summer institute.
We are pleased that Robert will be joining us as we enhance student success at Ithaca College.
