"My First Poem"

The Handwerker Gallery is sponsoring an event, titled "My First Poem," on Thursday, December 11, at 6:30 p.m.

The format calls for English professors and English majors, minors, and fellow lovers of poetry to read or recite the first poem they ever learned.

Three or four professors, along with several students, will start off the program by reading poems, after which the floor will be open for audience members to read their own first poems.

Open to the Ithaca College community.
