Emerson Suites will be your place for television coverage of the inauguration between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20. The swearing-in ceremony takes place on the west front of the U.S. Capitol with the president-elect being sworn in by noon on January 20. Amendment XX to the U.S. Constitution states that the term of the current president expires at noon on January 20. |
