Having won the 870 WHCU/WNYY 1470 "Witness to History" contest, Ithaca College's very own Tanisha Graves is in Washington, D.C., for the inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama. And since most of us couldn't join her, she's reporting live from the field via Twitter!
