The Tower Club Restaurant will offer lunch buffets during finals week from Wednesday, May 6, through Friday, May 8, during finals week. Seating will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The buffet will change throughout the week, but highlights include:

• Hearty soups, salads and breads
• Stuffed portabella mushrooms
• Seared mahi-mahi
• Eggplant parmesan
• Seafood and& chicken jambalaya
• Carved ham
• Honey-fried chicken
• Herb crusted tilapia
• Assorted delectable desserts
