Know Your Rights

Contributed by Michele Lenhart on 02/11/09

Thursday, February 19

7:00-8:00 pm

Clark Lounge

What do you do when confronted by authorities regarding a noise violation, a traffic ticket, or other situations college students typically face both on and off campus? This session will offer ideas on how to conduct yourself in sticky situations. A panel of presenters representing a variety of areas, including the Ithaca City Police, Residence Life, and the Ithaca College Legal Studies department will answer questions and allow students an opportunity to participate in a facilitated discussion on this topic.

Hosted by Sarah Cox, Alex Glowatz and Joe Roksandic, Leadership Scholars, Ithaca College
(This session also counts as a Leading Self session in the Student Leadership Institute.)
