Updated Group Exercise Schedule

There are some new classes starting at the Fitness Center next week, so be sure to check out the newly updated Group Exercise and Group Cycling schedules!

New Group Exercise Classes

  • Dancer's Body: Monday, 4:00 p.m.
  • Dancer's Body: Thursday, 1:00 p.m.
  • Butt and Gut: Friday, noon

New Group Cycling Classes

  • Group Cycling: Monday, 5:15 p.m.
  • Cycling for Beginners: Tuesday, 2:45 p.m.

All classes are free to faculty, staff, and students.
