Ithaca College

The Office of Conference and Event Services is pleased to announce that the following Campus Center meeting rooms have been upgraded to "smart meeting room" status:

• Cayuga Lake
• Six Mile Creek
• Ithaca Falls
• Taughannock Falls
• DeMotte

Each of these rooms is permanently equipped with a resident computer with internet/network access, a DVD/VHS combo player, LCD projector with screen, and house sound. Additional network, video, and audio connections are present for a user to interface their personal laptop computer with the system in the room.

This technology is available for use at no additional charge for users who reserve these spaces, and need not be requested at the time the room is reserved. Network or internet access in these spaces does require an appropriate Ithaca College user name and password.

Audiovisual support options are also available for events occurring in the Clark and Klingenstein Lounges, the Emerson Suites, and other spaces in the Campus Center. A/V support in these locations requires a CES technician to be present and should be requested at the time a room reservation is made.
