Parnassus will be unavailable from 8:00 p.m. on March 5 through March 8 for a major hardware upgrade. Payslips for the March 6 biweekly payroll should be available for online viewing through Employee and Student Employee Self-Service on March 4 and 5 at:

Parnassus financial users will not be able to access the system during the times and dates mentioned above. All EZ Pay entries that need to be paid prior to the upgrade must be entered into Parnassus by the close of business on Tuesday, March 3.

Transactions keyed into Parnassus by the Accounts Payable Office must be received in accounts payable by noon on Wednesday, March 4, in order to be processed before the system is shut down. Otherwise they will be processed when the system is available again after the upgrade.

Supervisors: please post this notice for employees without e-mail/Internet access.
