A service to remember the life of Saverio Montanino will be held on Monday, March 2, at 7:00 p.m. in Muller Chapel. Saverio passed away unexpectedly on campus on December 11. Members of the campus community are invited to gather at the chapel to join in fellowship in memory of Saverio, a sophomore who was majoring in outdoor adventure leadership in the School of Health Sciences and Human Performance. A resident of Manalapan, New Jersey, he had graduated in 2007 from the Marine Academy of Science and Technology. The service will be led by Father Carsten Martensen, the Catholic chaplain. Margaret Arnold, associate professor and chair of the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies, will offer a personal reflection. |
