The Office of Human Resources will be moving into the new Peggy R. Williams Center Monday, March 16, through Wednesday, March 18! Please be aware of our modified schedule and location for this time period!

During this transition and brief displacement, your HR representatives will be located in the Computer Training Lab in Boardman Place. As you may understand, it will be necessary to limit our hours of service as follows:

• March 16, 2009: 8:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
• March 17, 2009: 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
• March 18, 2009: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: The Payroll Office WILL NOT be moving until the following week (March 23). Please continue to drop off TRFs to their current location in the Administration Annex.

We encourage the campus to use e-mail as a point of contact during this period. Still, if it is necessary for you to speak directly to an HR representative during this time frame, please continue to call 4-3245 for benefits-related questions (Annex), and 4-1207 for recruitment and employee relations-related questions (Boardman). These numbers will remain the same; however, the lines will be forwarded to the Computer Training Lab in Boardman (our location for the duration of the move). Also, each representative will still have access to his/her voicemail -- so feel free to dial them directly.
