Come taste, have fun, and learn!

Cooking demonstrations and tastings from Wegmans, IC Dining Services, Greenstar, and others. Enjoy tastes of lasagna made from local ingredients, vegan chocolate cake, and "green" smoothies! Emphasis will be placed on pleasure/taste and sustainability!

The NYS Coalition for Health Food, the IC Nutrition Club, and other community organizations will also have displays.
