... in the summer in ITHACA! Check out our exciting new "SUITE" of related courses that make up the new Event Planning/Creative Economies Summer Program! Explore event planning in the emerging creative economy through the perspective of arts/film festivals, eco-tourism, and/or special events. Take one or several of the courses offered throughout the summer, attend special presentations and field trips, and even consider a related internship with one of the many organizations in the Ithaca area. You'll get to study and participate in unique summer events and offerings such as the Ithaca Festival, Hangar Theatre, fundraising for the restoration of the old Wharton Film Studio in Stewart Park, the Finger Lakes Wine Trail, music festivals such as Grassroots, and the fantastic outdoor recreational activities in the area parks and on the lake.
