Historian Charlotte Harris Rees has maps that suggests that perhaps Columbus never discovered the Americas and that it was really the Chinese.

To kick off Asian Culture Club's Asia Month, on Thursday April 2 at 7pm at Clark Lounge, historian, Charlotte Harris Rees will be speaking about the authentic maps that her father discovered in 1972, which suggests the Chinese may have actually discovered the Americas.

She has spoken at the Library of Congress and written several books such as "The Asiatic Fathers of America," and the "Secret Maps of the Ancient World." Join us as she tackles what we've learned at a young age: "In 1492, Columbus sailed the ocean blue." But now the question is, did he really?
