Michael Serino, student media adviser in the Roy H. Park School of Communications, presented three sessions at the Spring 2009 College Media Convention in New York City March 14–17.

The topics were “Narrative Journalism,” “Multimedia: A New Kind of Storytelling,” and “Philosophy for Journalists.”

The conference draws thousands of students, advisers, and media professionals to the city each spring.
