Ithaca College Safety Fair 2009 -- Sponsored by the Safety Awareness CommitteeContributed by Crystal Young on 04/07/09 Students, staff, and faculty: Join us for the Safety Fair on Tuesday, April 21, from noon to 6:00 p.m. in the Campus Center lobby and on the academic quad. Buckle up, put on the headset, and take a ride on the Simulator! Designed to realistically demonstrate the dangers of driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. New York State Police will be on site with their "seatbelt convincer" and other traffic safety information! Ithaca College Environmental Health and Safety staff will offer fire extinguisher training. Test your skill at putting out a fire and compete with others to win a prize for the fastest time! Also available:
