On Wednesday, April 29, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hockett Family Recital Hall, the Opera Workshop will present Puccini's Suor Angelica along with other scenes and arias from Italian operas. Seniors Omar Najmi, Garry McLinn, John Stanton, and Thomas Furey will sing "The Three Tenors in Concert" -- a hilarious artistic creation of their very own. Suor Angelica will be conducted by Jesse Livingston and accompanied on the piano by Nicholas Place. The production is codirected by Brian DeMaris, director of opera and musical theater, and seniors Mallory Berlin and Dustin Bell. Admission is free. |
