Anthropology Professor David Turkon Selected to Co-Edit Special Edition of African Journal of AIDS Research (AJAR)Contributed by Michael Malpass on 04/23/09 The special edition will be titled "Interdisciplinary and International Collaborations in Addressing HIV/AIDS in Africa: The Contributions of Anthropology." This edition is based on an invited session that David Turkon and Alexander Rodlach of Creighton University organized for the 2008 meetings of the American Anthropological Association and is due for publication this fall. Turkon will co-edit the volume along with Professor Rodlach and Fraser McNeill of the London School of Economics. |
