Two faculty members and six students from the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies presented at the New York State Recreation and Parks Society's annual conference on Long Island.

Margaret Arnold, Anna Sumerlin, Lauren Boardman, and Jessica Derbyshire presented a session titled "Students Creating Internship Experiences." This presentation was the culminating result of a class project for the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation.

John Weber, Hannah Lloyd, and Phillip DeLaus presented a session titled "Ithaca College, What Can We Do for You?"

John Weber and Margaret Arnold presented a session titled "Selling Yourself to Stay Connected in the Recreation Field."

The students and faculty also co-hosted a social with the Central New York Recreation and Park Society for alumni, practitioners, and students.
