Representatives from Live Text, the new assessment and portfolio system for all teacher education programs at Ithaca College, will be on the Ithaca College campus for two days of training workshops on May 19 and 20. The Live Text system is designed to assist us in developing a comprehensive, data-based, reflective assessment system for our teacher education programs that is based on a culture of inquiry and evidence. Workshops will include a general overview of Live Text features, entering course assignments and developing rubrics, creating an electronic portfolio, creating surveys and questionnaires, and data analysis.
