The IC Hope Relay for Life team is extremely grateful to all who made our Logan's Run for IC Hope 5K a tremendous success! What an outpouring of support!

With an incredible $975 raised on our first 5K endeavor, we are well on our way to making a difference in fighting cancer! Many thanks to our wonderful sponsors, who made it possible to donate all  monies earned to the Relay! IC Hope would like to thank the following:

  • Sodexo for their very generous, healthy assortment of food and drinks for our racers and volunteers
  • Cayuga XPress and Cayuga Press for the donation of all our awesome T-shirts
  • Specialty Trophies and Awards for the beautifully designed award plaques for our winners
  • Runner's World for the donation of all our bib numbers
  • Seton Catholic High School (Binghamton) track coaches and team for their expertise in handling our finish line and posting results
  • Ithaca College student volunteers, under the leadership of Deb Mohlenhoff and Sarah Hathaway, who served as marshals and assistants during the race
  • Sgt. Steve Yaple who provided safety training to the volunteers
  • IC Hope team members for their hard work and dedication to the race

Despite the challenge of many hills and a beautiful though very warm day, our racers did an outstanding job!  Congratulations to the following for their well earned awards:

  • Billy Way, first male runner
  • Kate Ciccone, first female runner
  • Kevin Solan, first male walker
  • Paula Aiken, first female walker

Again, thank you to all who helped or joined us. We are proud to honor our friend Logan in this very special way! See you next year!
