In an effort to allow staff from the Mail Services department to attend the IC Mardi Gras -- scheduled for Friday, May 22, from noon to 3:00 pm, campus mail will be delivered between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. to all departments.

Next Day and 2nd Day packages will be delivered.

Ground packages will be held until Tuesday, May 26, for delivery unless time permits us to deliver them on May 22. Departments can pick them up at the Mail Center from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (The Mail Center will be staffed with a student worker.)

The FedEx afternoon pick-up schedule will be curtailed. Processed FedEx and prepaid UPS may be brought to the Mail Center before 2:00 p.m.

Couriers will still keep their scheduled pick-up times on this date to accommodate prepaid/prepared outgoing packages.

There will not be time for us to process additional outgoing mail unless it is brought to the Mail Center before noon.
