The Office of Human Resources and members of Staff Council have collaborated to bring you a fun, festive, end-of-the-year extravaganza ... all in greens, purples and golds! Plus, what's a party without food? For this event, the Office of Conference and Events have planned an amazing, Louisiana-style, Low Country Boil!  Check this out...

A Warm Seaweed Display with the following:
~ Shrimp & Crawfish
~ Potatoes
~ Corn
~ Sausage Chunks

A Buffet Including:
~ Cajun Chicken Breast
~ Red Beans & Rice
~ Shrimp Gumbo

...and for Dessert:
~ Kings Cakes & Pecan Pies!
