As of May 29, the air conditioning system for the Campus Center is out of service. The Office of Facilities is making every effort to repair the air conditioning, but they will not be able to complete repairs to the until approximately Wednesday, June 3.

If you have a meeting in the Campus Center during this time, please note that the facility will not be air conditioned. Office of Facilities staff are working to create a possible temporary solution for large-scale events in the Emerson Suites.

If you have scheduled meetings or events in the Campus Center that you would like to move to a different location, please contact Kim Wojtanik in Conferences and Event Services at 274-3313.

Please stay tuned to Intercom for notification as to when the air conditioning has been repaired. We apologize for any inconvenience.
