This is a reminder that registration will begin soon for a continuing 17-week series scheduled to begin on August 18. The cost is $186. Payments may be made by cash, check(s), credit card, and payroll deduction (available to full-time employees only).

We meet at 11:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on Tuesdays in G052 Peggy Williams Center. We have dropped a total of almost 500 pounds and one of our members has achieved Lifetime status! This is the best weight loss program out there and all Ithaca College community members are welcome to join.

If anyone is undecided about joining, please talk to some of us who are in the group right now! Our current group of about 50 members has lost almost 500 lbs collectively since we began! Come and join us...you owe it to yourself, and you will find a great group of friends who will encourage and support you along the way! Thanks Chris, HR, and Samarra (our wonderful leader!) for giving us this terrific opportunity!

I agree with Tina. This was just the motivation I needed to start eating and living healthier. In 16 weeks, I've lost 24 pounds and plan to re-up for the next session and hopefully hit my goal weight! I love this plan because you have choices (real choices, not 'diet' choices) and you lose the weight the way you gained it...not all at once, but slowly. And week by week, you relearn healthy eating and living habits! (I'm also thankful to IC for making the payroll deduction option available!)
