ITS Computer Operations would like to remind instructors and departments that a new Optical Scanning system is in place as of Tuesday August 25, 2009.

Remember To Update Forms:

• Replace Test Scoring Request Form
• Replace Course Evaluation Request Form

Important Changes:

• Test header sheets no longer required
• New name field requirements for keys
• Master key required for ALL exams
• Enhanced reports and more options to email or print reports
