Addtional On-line Customer Payment Services Available October 12, 2009

As of June, 2009, students have been able to make on-line credit card purchases for parking permits, which has been a successful initiative in our goal for quality customer service. We are pleased to announce that beginning October 12, 2009, customers will be able to make on-line credit card payments for citations at www.ithaca.edu/sacl/safety/parking   Cash, check and ID Express payments can still be made by mail or in person at Parking Services, Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. 

To avoid receiving a citation, college community members are reminded to park in only those areas designated by the permit they have been assigned. First Year Students are to park in Z-lot at all times.   Upperclass students can park in all “Red” lots anytime and can also park in “Blue” lots, anytime after 5pm, Monday thru Friday and on weekends, with the exception of J-lot. Upperclass students may only park in the “Blue” section of J-lot from 9pm to 8am, Monday through Friday and on weekends until 8am, Mondays.  Special parking requests should be referred to Parking Services at 607-274-3756.
