On Tuesday, October 13th at 4:00PM in the Center for Natural Sciences Room 112, Nischint Sundar '04 will discuss the potential for IC grads to move into sustainability careers in a talk titled "Post IC: What do I do next?!?"

Sundar is employed as a Sustainability Consultant with Ecology & Environment Inc., conducting environmental planning and sustainability studies to support environmentally sustainable development, greenhouse gas and energy reduction initiatives, green building design, and the evaluation and development of environmental management systems. He also specializes in wetland delineations and wildlife and vegetation surveys to support E & E projects worldwide. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Sundar applies green building practices and principles and his knowledge of LEED requirements, resources, and processes to help identify and integrate environmental motivation, goals, and constraints for building projects and facilitate the LEED certification process. 

"Teachable edibles" -- seasonal, organic, and/or local foods -- served at the fall 2009 Sustainability Café series are being supported by Ithaca College Dining Services. Please bring your reusable mug and fill up at the drinking fountain or provide your beverage of choice.

This Sustainability Café is being held in conjunction with the Environmental Seminar.

All Sustainability Café events are free and open to the public.
