The budget process for fiscal year 2011 is scheduled to begin soon.

Please refer to the budget website ( www.ithaca.edu/budget/ ) and select BUDGET PROCESS for Carl's memo which is titled "2010-11 Budget Process."

The online budget process for fiscal year 2011 is scheduled to begin soon. The release date is being finalized. A notice will be posted in INTERCOM, as well as the Budget website.

You will also find the instructions and all forms and guidelines needed for the process at the same link. After reviewing the instructions, prepare the budget using your responsibility in Parnassus, "IC Annual Budget Process," or review the budget using the "IC Budget Report" responsibility.

If anyone needs any training or review of this process, please contact the budget office and it will be arranged on an as-needed basis.

The deadline for all budgets to be uploaded for approval through the Parnassus Workflow Hierarchy is noon on Tuesday, November 24, 2009.
