At the 2009 International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, Professor Erkan and Professor Smith presented on a panel, "Learning History in a Digital Age: Some Experiments with 'Digital Natives.'" Professor Rifkin presented on "A New Taxonomy for Learning in the Music Classroom" in collaboration with Philip Stoecker, a colleague from Hofstra University.
