Weight Watchers at Work -- Register Now for the Continuing 17-week Series to Begin December 15!Contributed by Christine Haase on 11/09/09
We have had two wonderfully successful back-to-back 17-week series here at Ithaca College. We have four members who have achieved their goal weights and Lifetime status. Our group as a whole has dropped a total of 450 pounds during the current series, and a whopping 1067 pounds since starting the campus program in April. It can be done--join us to find out how! Register now for the continuing 17-week series, scheduled to begin Tuesday, December 15, 2009. WHEN: Tuesdays, 11:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 12:15 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Our current group is so large that we are meeting in two sections. Seating will be limited to 25 per section to preserve the intimacy of a smaller group dynamic. We must have at least 20 prepaid registrations submitted by December 8th per section offered in order to schedule that section. WHERE: HR training room G052 in the Peggy Ryan Williams Center COST: $186 for a 17-week session plus E-tools. (Members must join during Week 1 or Week 2 to receive free E-tools and to take advantage of payroll deduction as a payment option.) HOW TO REGISTER (2-step process): First, send your payment to Chris Haase, Department of Philosophy and Religion, 223 Park Hall, or bring it to Chris at one of the current meetings on or before December 8th. (All payments sent through intra-campus mail will be acknowledged via e-mail.) Then, choose a time slot: Visit HR's Work/Life webpage to indicate your first and second choice of meeting time by filling out the brief online form displayed at the bottom.
