Do your students need help with self-management?  Do tests make your students anxious/nervous?  Are their schedules appearing to be out of control?

We are offering COUNTDOWN workshops every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday until the week before finals.  Free pizza and drinks on a first come/first served basis!

Some of the workshops are being offered multiple times to ensure that all students have a chance to attend.   The schedule of workshops is as follows:

Monday, Nov. 16, 6-7 pm (110 Towers Concourse): “Achieving Student Success: Life and Self Management Strategies”

Wednesday, Nov. 18, noon-1 pm (Campus Center, Taughannock Falls Room): “Learn How to Reduce Stress and Anxiety for Test Taking”

Thursday Nov. 19, 2009, 6:30-8 pm (110 Towers Concourse): “Effective Listening and Time Management”
