Information Technology Services (ITS) is pleased to announce the launch of our new website, www.ithaca.edu/its/. The new site not only has a new look and feel but has been completely re-designed with our users in mind.

What's New

The ITS website is divided into five sections: Getting Help, Accounts, Services, Training and Documentation and General Information. The System Status Alerts and the News section are now available as RSS feeds. We are excited about the "EduTech" blog discussing instructional technology and "Stories from the Helpdesk". Information about technology sustainability practices and information security is also now available.

Getting used to something new always takes time.
