Sign ups began on Monday, January 11th for Yoga, Pilates, T'ai Chi and Massage at the Fitness Center. There are fees charged for yoga, pilates, t'ai chi and massage because they are taught by professional instructors. The Spring 2010 Block 1 Group Exercise Class schedule has been posted! Don't forget to mark your schedules now so that you don't miss out on these great, FREE, fitness opportunities! You can sign-up at the Fitness Center front desk 30 minutes prior for the FREE classes on a first-come, first-served basis.
