Engaging Communities

Please join us on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. in Emerson Suites as we explore and celebrate the notion of community.

There are many different communities that make up Ithaca College.  Some of these smaller communities are affinity groups, communities of like interest. It is within these smaller communities that we nourish some of our most important relationships, gain personal and professional encouragement and support, and that we accomplish our work and our service to others.

The Office of Human Resources is delighted to welcome three leaders from Syracuse University to share their current work, their individual stories, and describe how individuals and groups have influenced their lives. Our panel of extraordinary individuals includes:

  • Dr. James Duah-Agyeman, Director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs 
  • Bea González, Dean of University College 
  • Dr. Gina Lee-Glauser, Vice President for Research
