 Maria DiFrancesco presents paper at national convention

Maria DiFrancesco presented a refereed paper at the annual Modern Languages Association Convention in Philadelphia, PA on December 30th, 2009.

DiFrancesco's paper, "¿Madre (Superiora) no hay más que una? Nuns as Mothers and Lovers in the Films of Pedro Almodóvar," was part of a panel discussion examining changing gender roles and the evolution of family dynamics in contemporary Spain.
