Join us in discussion about being a "mixed" Asian, growing up Asian in America, and being Asian at Ithaca College.

The Asian Culture Club and the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs features it first Asian/Asian American Identity Panel event.

Asian/Asian American students at Ithaca College discuss their experiences and challenges as Asian Americans growing up and living in the U.S and on the Ithaca College campus. They will discuss the issues of mixed race, being Asian versus Asian American, transitioning from an Asian community to an all white community, and dealing with stereotypes. The event invites all members of the Ithaca College and local community to join this discussion about Asian/Asian American issues.

The event will be on Thursday, February 25 at 7pm at the Taughnnock Falls Room. For more information, please contact Tiffany Cheng (President of the Asian Culture Club) at cheng.tiffany1@gmail.com  or at icasiancultureclub@gmail.com
