Ithaca College

Where is IC going?  How do I fit in?  How does the College’s support of continuous learning and professional development impact me?  Employees want to be “in the know.”  At the all-college meeting in January, President Tom Rochon discussed our desire to become a learning organization, and how your professional development is key to that process.  The Office of Human Resources is offering 90-minute workshops to help employees answer these questions.

This workshop will help you to:
♦ Create more meaningful goals
♦ Initiate more effective conversations with your supervisor
♦ Begin or enhance your development plan
