Faculty tubist David Unland will present a free recital on Wednesday, March 24 at 7pm in the Hockett Family Recital Hall.  The somewhat unusual program features music not usually associated with the tuba, including duets by Johannes Brahms, a "London" trio by Joseph Haydn, and some of J. S. Bach's two-part inventions.  The recital will conclude with "The Only Piece Ever Written for Tuba and Violin" by P.D.Q. Bach.  Collaborating with Unland will be flutist Laura Campbell, drummer Will Hanson, violinist William Hurley, pianist Josh Oxford, and trombonist Harold Reynolds.
