Weight Watchers at Work -- Register Now for Series 4 to Begin April 20th!Contributed by Christine Haase on 03/23/10
Register now for a continuing 17-week series, scheduled to begin Tuesday, April 20, 2010. WHEN: Tuesdays, 11:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 12:15 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. WHERE: HR training room G052 in the Peggy Ryan Williams Center COST: $186 for a 17-week session plus E-tools. Please note: Members must join by Week 2 to receive free E-tools and to take advantage of payroll deduction as a payment option. HOW TO REGISTER: First, send your payment to Chris Haase, Department of Philosophy and Religion, 223 Park Hall, ext. 41378, or bring it to Chris at one of the current meetings on or before April 13th. (All payments sent through intra-campus mail will be acknowledged via e-mail.) Also, if you are not currently registered, please complete and submit to Chris a WW Registration Card with your payment. Contact Chris if you need a WW Registration Card Then, choose a time slot: Visit HR's Work/Life webpage to indicate your first and second choice of meeting time by filling out the brief online form displayed at the bottom. Seating will be limited to 25 per section to preserve the intimacy of a smaller group dynamic. We must have at least 20 prepaid registrations submitted by April 13th per section offered in order to schedule that section. All prepayments and registration materials must be submitted to Chris before or at the meetings on April 13, 2010. This will streamline the necessary paperwork so that more time can be devoted to the program at the start of the series on April 20th.
