Ithaca College

Ithaca College students Josh Masland, Jason Diaz and Shawn Eady have coauthored a paper recently published at Acta Crystallographica Journal (International Union of Crystallography.

The paper describes a single crystal structural study of the
ruthenium complex synthesized in Dr. Anna Larsens laboratory at
Ithaca College Chemistry Department. The X-ray diffraction data
were collected and solved by Dr. Emil Lobkovsky at the
Cornell University X-ray facility. 
Jason Diaz graduated from IC in 2009 with B.S. in Biochemsiry
and is currently in the first year of the Ph.D. program
in virology in the University of Pennsylvania. 
Shawn Eady is a senior chemistry major and has been
accepted to Chemistry Ph.D. programs in Cornell and
Northwestern Universities, to begin in one of these
programs in Fall of 2010.
