Attending the Open House is the perfect time to meet our leader, Samarra (She’s fantastic!), and learn how Weight Watchers can help you reach your goals. And what could be more convenient than meeting here on campus?

Registration information can be found on HR's Work/Life webpage. Please scroll to the bottom of the page to register your choice of meeting time; then bring your payment with you to the Open House to officially reserve your spot. You may also send your remittance to Christine Haase, Philosophy & Religion, 223 Roy H. Park Hall School of Communications.

Those joining for the first time or returning to the At Work group will also need to complete a WW Registration Card. (Currently enrolled members already have one on file.) All registration forms and payments will be accepted at the Open House meetings. Please be prepared to register and submit your payment by then—the sooner we get the paperwork and housekeeping out of the way, the more time Samarra will have to devote to the program on the 20th.

Our fourth consecutive 17-week series begins the following week, April 20th. Since April 2009, we have dropped a total of 1662 pounds and 9 members have achieved Lifetime status. Many more members are seeing success along the way. So can you—join us on the 13th to find out how!

All staff, faculty, and students are welcome to participate in Weight Watchers at Work at Ithaca College. Weight Watchers is the best program for not only losing weight, but for learning how to keep it off by making healthier choices. If you work the program, it will work for you!
