Space is still available for the workshop: “IC” Our Vision…I’m Part of It.

At the all-college meeting in January, President Tom Rochon discussed our desire to become a learning organization, and how your professional development is key to that process.  The Office of Human Resources is offering 90-minute workshops to help employees:

♦ Create or enhance your Individual Development Plan
♦ Initiate more effective conversations with your supervisor
♦ Establish more meaningful goals
♦ Discuss our Guiding Principles
