Come learn more about a course offered through Environmental Studies and Sciences! This is a student-run business that produces, manufactures, and markets MAPLE SYRUP! This course is open to all students, so come and learn more about it! FREE shuttle from Textor to the maple syrup site and FREE maple syrup tasting. Date and time: Saturday April 17th, 2010 at 2pm.
