Ithaca College's Much Ado About Outreach Program is offering a Free Shakespeare Workshop this Saturday, April 17, from 2:30-5, in Studio 3, Dillingham Center at Ithaca College. 

Join IC Theatre students and members of the cast and production team of IC's Much Ado About Nothing for some Shakespearean fun!

In this workshop, you will:

• Take an Actor's Approach to Shakespeare
• Learn how you can apply your Voice, Mind and Body to Shakespearean Text, to really bring it to life!
• Explore Imagery!
• Explore Physicality!
• Learn tricks on how actors read and use the text!
• Theatre Games!
• And present what you've learned at the end!

This is a hands-on workshop for students in grades 8-12, focusing on bringing Shakespearean text to life and having some fun with it. No previous experience is necessary, and no memorization is necessary (we will send you the 12 lines we work with by Friday, April 16).
