Special Optical Scanning procedures and schedules are in place for final exam week, Monday, May 10th – Friday, May 14th.

Optical scanning will be delivered to Computer Operations after the completion of the check-in process at the ITS Helpdesk between 8am-5pm. Please allow for a 4-hour turnaround time. Requested reports will be e-mailed to the professor’s Ithaca College e-mail address (including report 101). Regular optical scanning processing will resume Monday, May 17th – Wednesday, May 19th.

After Hours: Mon-Fri, May 10-14 (5pm-11pm)

  • Professors can drop off tests and wait for them to be processed during this time.
  • To drop off tests, professors must call 274-3406 to make arrangements with the operator on duty.
  • Tests must be to the operator by 11:00pm.
  • Tests that were dropped off Mon-Fri, CAN be picked up after hours on Friday.

After Hours: Mon-Tues, May 17-18 (5pm-11pm)

  • Professors can pick up tests that have been previously dropped off.
  • To pick up tests, professors must call 274-3406 to make arrangements with the operator on duty.
  • Please note: Tests that have not been picked up after hours will be available at the ITS Help Desk on Mon, Tues and Wed morning by 8:00am.

The DEADLINE to submit tests for processing is Wednesday, May 19 by 4:30pm.
